What gets erased, what is kept and for how long.
This deletes your WallThrone account and everything in it.
What gets erased
- Your name.
- Your whole empire: money, shares, staff, messages and credits.
- The phones where you get notifications, which stop receiving them at once.
- Your email address.
What is kept
- If you have bought anything, the invoice stays without your name or your email, with only the amount and the date. The law requires keeping it for four years.
- The site visit counts, detached from you and with nothing that identifies you.
This cannot be undone. There is no bin and no grace period.
To delete your account, log in first. The button appears right here once you are in.
Log inIf you can no longer log in, write to hola@wallthrone.com from your account email and we will delete it within 30 days at most.
